Last updated: January 2026. We keep this simple because we keep your data simple.
What We Collect
We collect only what you give us directly:
- Email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter or submit the contact form.
- Name and message, if you use the contact form.
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not build profiles. We do not collect data passively from your visit unless you have JavaScript enabled and Plausible Analytics is active (see Analytics below).
How We Use It
- Newsletter subscribers: We use your email address to send EcoKure product updates, launch announcements, and benchmark results. We send infrequently, typically less than once per month.
- Contact form submissions: We use your name, email, and message to respond to your enquiry. Nothing more.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data. It aggregates anonymous page view statistics only. No consent banner is required.
Data Storage
Subscriber email addresses are stored in a database on our servers. Contact form submissions are logged in a secure file on the same servers. We do not store payment information of any kind.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Ever. The only exception would be if required to do so by law.
Your Rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing admin@jvi3.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your data at any time.
